Eastlake Group was asked to assist KSB in designing a hybrid working environment to allow a 50% reduction in overall floorspace whilst enabling the workforce to work more efficiently within a comfortable and flexible environment, tailored to their working practices.
From initial concepts to final commissioning, Eastlake Group completed all elements of design, fit out, furniture and relocation across both the previous and current spaces.
Incorporating both the upcycling and reuse of existing furniture along with the provision of environmental products within the new space, including seating and fabrics manufactured from recycled ocean plastics, we were able to incorporate KSB’s ethics and values into the fabric of their new environment.
